Central Pier Docklands will not reopen to the public after engineers deem unsafe

Central Pier Docklands will not reopen to the public after engineers to they deemed unsafe the 100-year-old structure was closed in August after it was found there had been a deterioration of the structure at an accelerated rate and the pier was deemed unsafe for the public.
